The Roys have served as missionaries with Fellowship French Mission for 14 years, planting a French church in Lachute, Quebec, where they still live today. As well as pastoring, Toe-Blake has been involved in a coaching-mentorship program with 5 pastors-in-training in Lachute, he teaches satellite courses for the French Seminary in Montreal, and gives courses on Stewardship.Toe-Blake joined the BLF Canada Board in 2005, becoming the Board Chairman the following year. As of September 2006, Toe Blake has accepted the position as BLF Canada Director. Toe-Blake and Linda have four children: two girls and two boys.  Their 4 children are now all adults and have children of their own.  Toe-Blake and Linda have now 14 grand children.
